Full Sap Calculations

A SAP calculation is required for a new home or dwelling before work is commenced on the property and is the calculation required to produce a Predicted EPC (see above for more information on EPC's). The SAP calculation itself is considered through numerous factors, such as construction materials used, insulation, air leakage and any renewable energy technologies utilised.
